“Preparing my house for sale, I needed a deep cleaning of the basement, the house itself, all sixteen rooms and four fireplaces, the garage and a room attached to the garage that has a slate multicolored floor, another fireplace and a loft. This is a formidable task just to have the staff to do in two days, to say nothing of doing it well. The phrase “far exceeds expectations” somehow doesn’t convey how exceptional and thorough this service is. They diligently cleaned everything – lighting fixtures, floors, crawl spaces with the air conditioning ducts, in deep recesses of closets, each fireplace, things that were possibly never cleaned or certainly never cleaned as well. The floors were waxed and they came with fans and blowers to dry them. When I showed pictures to my family, the phrase “oh wow!” was always the first utterance. Room after room, feature after feature, just shined and glowed. The house sparkled. It isn’t inexpensive, but it is truly money well spent. Any issues or problems were addressed immediately. They truly live up to the name Five Star. A service without hesitation I recommend highly.”
